Larry Daughenbaugh

As of July 2025, Larry Daughenbaugh rejoins the Love INC of South Wood County team as its Executive Director. Larry served as Executive Director of Love INC for just over a year back in 2022, and at the time was involved in the planning process of the Love it Again Thrift Store. Larry is a living example of what Love INC’s mission is all about: transformation. Nearly 20 years ago, his life was bound by a 30-year addiction. Larry found new life in Christ through a ministry called Adult and Teen Challenge. After graduating from a Teen Challenge on the east coast, Larry went on to serve as their Intake Coordinator, and Work Therapy Coordinator. He later founded the Resting Place Crisis Referral Center and Thrift Store in North Carolina. Larry also served as Director and later, Executive Director of Revelations of Freedom Ministries in Pennsylvania. In October of 2024, Larry returned from Milwaukee, Wisconsin where he served as the manager of the Adult and Teen Challenge Super Thrift Store. Most recently, Larry served as the Love it Again Thrift Store Manager.
